I engaged with the INOV8R team through a process management cohort with a desire to be the creative leader who saw the value in both process and creative freedom. I wasn’t afraid of the challenge of learning something new, and INOV8R wasn’t afraid of pushing my way of thinking. The content Jasen delivered through that cohort blew me away. It was simple and practical in all areas of my leadership and creativity, and was delivered with genuine expertise and humility. Those 12 weeks made me a better leader, creative, and have helped me deliver better work for my clients.
